In the F87 forums a few people choose to keep the OE PSS tires over the more common PS4S upgrade - because again they say the PS4S take away some of the car’s fun.

Personally I don’t slide my car that often on the road, so its not that important to me. But I get that some people really like how easily it loses grip while remaining easy to control.
Though now at around 19:00 in the BMW Blog review, he says that BMW purposefully chose to make it less playful so it could perform better on the track (in the context of the C Pillar design). But so that just sounds totally different from what the other BMW employees were saying in last week’s interview. Confusing.

Whatever. I’m sure it’s a fun car to drive.
