If it is in your budget, instead of putting any money into powder coating, I would look into a set of aftermarket forged rims to your style/color liking, with proper offset, and call it a day. The stock fims are cast, heavy and fitment doesnt do the car any justice.
To defray any costs, you could sell the stock rims or keep them for emergencies or to put back on the car when selling/trading in
