I just re-read your initial inquiry and realized I forgot you already ordered 19x9 and 19x10, I was responding as though you were considering ordering a set.
Your plan to use 245/40 and 275/35 works fine with a .4% difference front to back.
APEX also recommends 255/35/19 and 295/30/19, which is perfect 0% difference, but APEX warns
"Typically a direct fit with street tires, however, an moderate increase in front negative camber will be required with compounds that run wide"
