Had my heart set on that personally (had to switch to black leather with the blue stitching and ZTK), and online you can still configure a 2023 MY M240iXdrive in that color combo. Also shows the blue brakes which I wanted.

I believe the No Thundernight/Tacora rule has been deleted in the latest version of the ordering guide seen here. You should be good.
