Does anyone know what triggers a slow female voice read out of the time, current trip miles, mpg, and other stats?

It’s really annoying and I can't figure out what is making it randomly read these stats out in voice over my music. The voice is super slow and it takes a good 30-45 seconds for it to complete. This had never happened in the past and now it is multiple times per trip. I haven't upgraded iDrive since November.

"It is now 3 pm, you have traveled 3 miles, xx mpg, average speed x."
