Windshield Cowl

I got a brand-new windshield cowl panel to replace the old one since the threads on it were shot. The new panel didn’t come with threads, so I’m assuming I need to make new ones. What’s the best way to do this without risking them stripping easily? Any advice would be appreciated!

The screws cut new threads when you install them. When you remove screws in plastic and then reinstall them, turn the screw backwards until you hear and feel the threads dropping into the pre made threads.
