325i ABS wrong rotation on both rear wheels, 5DB6, 5DC6

Hello,

325i -05

I am getting fault codes 5DB6 and 5DC6. Car thinks both rear wheels are spinning in the opposite direction; when you drive forward it thinks the rear wheels are spinning backwards and vice versa.
Both rear abs-sensors have been replaced (Bosch). Both rear axles have been replaced, so the reluctor rings are new. Right front abs-sensor has been replaced (Bosch).
All 4 wheels register speed normally. Nothing has been switched across in terms of wiring, ie the car knows which corner is which.
We have tried to switch abs-sensors and driveaxles to opposite sides but makes no difference.
What am I missing here???
