No spacers. Depends how low you go I suppose - I’m on a B12 Prokit so its a mild drop in the rear (the front on the other hand is a lot more than expected). I think a +22 offset will require fender rolling.

I have a 2011 LCI 335is, I know the track is a little wider than pre-lci so I was thinking I needed either spacers or +22 offset. I am also lowered on TCKLINE coilovers. So with that said would I need spacers or can I just run the same setup as you? Picture added of ride height

Hmm - you look similar height to me, so height-wise you should be fine. Might need new wheels since those Style 269 are only 9in wide though (I think 265 is probably widest recommended for that width). The 39 offset also makes it an odd one to use a spacer on and I’ve read that 5mm spacers aren’t optimal.

Also never heard of the IS having a wider track front or rear. On the E90’s, pre-lci have a wider track than lci is what I’m aware of.

Ya the wheels on there now are not the ones I will be using, just what came on the car when I purchased it. I will be using ESR RF2 19x 8.5 +30 up front and 19x9.5 +35 or +22 in the rear. Do you have a different angle picture to show the "flush" fitment? My apologies your correct on that, I got my thinking mixed up. The IS does have the same track width as pre-lci. Idk why I was thinking of the lci E90’s track width. So then I should go with the +35 offset rears from using this info 🤔. I just like the heavy concave/deep look on the rear wheels is part of the reason I was thinking about the +22. Appreciate all the help an info!!

Don’t have a good angle pic off hand, but if you’re looking for flush, +22 will fit the bill much better but again you’ll likely need your roll your rear fender. +35 is definitely not flush with the fender and more tucked, which allows you to get away without rolling (which is what I want).

You should ask/PM AlexKoast here on fitment/fender rolling as he has +23 offset on his style 260m’s w/ 265’s in rear, which should give you a good idea on how much room there be with 275’s:
