What’s needed for 17T?

What do I need for 17T turbos?I will need inlets, do I absolutely need outlets? Car is a RHD so might be a tight fit with bigger outlets. I have a 5” stepped FMIC already, do I need a 7” FMIC? Looking to keep the power around 480bhp because of DMF.
