Those cheap metal N54 valve covers

So most know about the cheap metal valve covers that came out in the last couple of years for the N54. I bought one about a year ago and am just now getting around to it. I have yet to see a full breakdown and disassembly of one. I decided to do it and be of some help to the community and help people decide for themselves.
