Could i have some help

So i have had this noise and vibration for a while, but lately it has gotten a lot worse. It happens on low rpms (below 2k) and when turning left. Sometimes even when going straight, but never when turning right.

On the video i'm slightly on throttle the whole time and as you can hear, it happens only when turning left.

If i'm only coasting and not on the throttle, it doesn't happen no matter how hard i'm turning.

What could it be?
