2012 E92 335i Manual Sport Plus Edition
https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/17610434
Reluctantly selling my cherished facelift 2012 335i Sport Plus Edition with 6-speed manual gearbox. 4 previous owners, MOT till 04/2025, fully serviced in last 6 months. Mechanical parts and maintenance have been prioritised in my ownership adding to the extensive service history, with recent oil and filter change, Michelin PS4 tyres, and upgraded front brakes. It has always been run on Supreme E5 fuel and delivers great performance and economy. Facelift cars received the N55B30 engine which features a single turbocharger and BMW's Valvetronic system for optimised power and efficiency. The car is highly specified with: - Harmon/Kardon speakers - BMW Professional Navigation - Heated electric memory seats with adjustable bolsters - LED light package - Automatic Xenon headlights - Privacy glass - Heated wing mirrors - Larger iDrive screen with Bluetooth connectivity for music, voice control - Automatic wipers - BMW Office and Connected Service The colour is Le Mans Blue metallic which was only available on the Sport Plus Edition which features Dakota black leather with Royal Blue stitching and piping around the floor mats, with unique aluminium interior trim. The intake system is a known weak point on the N55 so I have installed an upgraded charge pipe, and replaced all gaskets and sensors with a new air filter. In 2013 the original owner fitted a genuine BMW M Performance exhaust which has a controllable flap and can be silent when driving normally, and opens up under acceleration. Various upgraded bushes have been fitted in my ownership to further enhance the driving experience. I hope she will go to another enthusiast and enjoy many more miles with peace of mind following replacement of the rod bearings and full engine reconditioning with ACL race bearings, and a 16 month warranty which ends in June 2025. With lots of recent preventative maintenance carried out, the car drives superbly and makes an intoxicating noise. I have carried out two oil and filter changes in the 7k miles since the running in service following the rebuild. This is the fourth 3 series BMW I've owned, and is by far the most comprehensive package offering great performance and every day usability. I am only selling as I now need to save up to be in a position to put down a deposit. Please message me for more information or pictures. £7,750 Last edited by Malteser_wfj; Today at 10:12 AM.. I struggled to find any info on what the Sport Plus was when I bought it, so I had to get a brochure to find out.
Mine also has a few extra options like the interior lighting package, auto dimming rear view & side mirrors, heated seats & H/K speakers with surround sound. But the package adds most of what you'd want anyway. |

335is had the N54 in it still didn't it?
The car market is in a bit of a slump at the moment as our insurance prices are rising and we pay an annual road tax which is related to the CO2 emissions so mine is £385 for the year. I'm needing to save to afford a place of my own to rent & personally the insurance went down £50 for the car which is rare. You don't see many Sport Plus Editions and even less in 335i guise, and even less with a manual... So I think it's a rare car but a lot of people care about mileage over maintenance in my experience. Struggled to sell my E46 330ci manual because it had over 180k miles but had the subframe fully sorted with plates and an internal brace, all new suspension, rebuild VANOS, cleaned injectors, poly bushes etc etc |
