What is this box under my boot
Does anyone know what this box is for. I think it is connected to a wiring harness behind my dash that I found when doing a screen swap. I am having issues with the aux connection not producing any sound coudl this be related to that?
Any advice or wisdom is appreciated. I am referencing the rusty looking box |

Could be a DAB you made the picture to big it's hard to tell .
The modules are usually labeled with a part no and some kind of functional name . Use Mdecoder.com to see what the options are/ |

according the options list you provided,
your AUX is now routed to the MULF2HIGH module, it is under the TCU. if any of these 3 modules will fail, it will break the MOST loop (green fiber wire) and communications from MULF2HIGH to headunit will be disrupted.

Am I right in thinking the mulf2high box is located under the long box on the right in the photo?

Could one of those boxes being broke be related to this error code?
