E90 N51 swap please help

I have a 2011 328i automatic Are there any other issues besides just passing emissions (currently live where there's no smog emissions test needed) if I replace my N51 SULEV Radiator with a N52 ??..

you can remove the sensor from the N51 radiator, if tabs break you can use JB weld on it for N52 radiator at the same spot
