2009 328xi SULEV - Do I need to change the drive belt with tensioner & Pulley? VIDEO

Hello eveyone,

I have taken a video of my car's belt, ten & Pulley.
Please advise me do I need to change the complete drive belt kit?
A random mechanic a year ago when he looked at it said the belt looks like it started to play and he recommended I change it. I don't know if I need to change it based on the video I took. Link below. Thanks so much for advising me on this.

Please NOTE:-
I changed belt and tensioner 4 years ago about 80k miles ago.

Take the belt off and spin the pulley manually. If the pulley spins excessively then it’s bad. I would change the tensioner, idler pulley and serpentine belt at the same time. I think it comes in a kit from FCP. They’re not expensive anyway.
