2011 BMW E90 n52 Tune

Hello fellows, recently sent out my ECU for a tune. Installed catless headers and decided to go with 22rpd tune. They sent it back I installed the ecu and reconnected the battery. I went to go start it up and the first and second start up the car shut off immediately. The third attempt at starting it the car started fine and ran but I got a “Engine Malfunction Reduced Power” Light from what I understand I drove the car 20-30 miles and it feels normal the throttle is more sensitive but I believe that’s just the tune. Any recommendations or has this happened to anyone and it will just go away eventually? Thanks a lot

first thing 1st, scan it for codes.

can be related to the tune or can be stupid as the vanos solenoid jammed during the sit. can be many many thing,.

do you have the 3stage intake manifold (330 or N51 manifold) ? most N52 tunes require this manifold since it has a huge impact on performance.
