Passenger side heated mirror fault 9CC6

I have a 2011 328xi E90 and I keep getting a fault on my passenger side mirror. The mirror doesn't heat up and gives a fault 9CC6. I took the mirror out and it's reading 11 ohms. I hooked 12v up to it and viewed wit with a thermal camera and it's heating up fine on the bench. I hooked my meter up to the wire harness on coming out of the car and command the mirror heating to turn on and I'm getting 12v. I don't understand why it's not working and giving the fault.

Also the auto dim does not appear to be working on any mirror but there's no faults for that.

I drove the car this morning and the passenger side mirror heated up but it was a bit slower than the drivers side. The fault is still there.
