Jerky f31 when hot

I get a error code (247500) if I drive even slightly hard when hot. It gives me a drivetrain light and into limp mode. Turn the car off and on and fix but only happens when it’s cold. However when it’s hot with acceleration it jerks nearly as if a car has hit you in the back. It’s quite annoying and not normal. Any ideas? It’s a 2014 320d xdrive
