Any suggestions on looks?
I haven’t done much except wheels and side markers and tints. I’m thinking about taillights and headlights. I think I’ll stay without a spoiler tho.
I don’t have angel eyes. I would love them. Any suggestions as to what I should add, remove ect. |

Blackline taillights.
LCI headlights. LCI hood & M Sport front bumper. I really like the M3 style body-colored spoiler... consider one. They are subtle but add a lot to the looks. Ikon is inexpensive & great to work with: https://ikonmotorsports.com/products...-trunk-spoiler Last edited by StradaRedlands; 09-25-2024 at 02:40 AM.. |

I'm going left-field here... LCI rear wheel carriers and drive flanges.

The car looks great as it is. My only recommendation would be to find a set of LCI headlights or even Euro pre-LCI halogen headlights as they don't have the amber lenses. Dark color black or gray cars look better without amber in my opinion; it isn't as bad on white, red, silver, or even blue cars.
ECS (and Amazon) sell "Spec-D" F90 style projector headlights that look great, though I can't speak to the quality. They also look to be HALOGEN projectors, and not LED for the main beams, only LED halos/eyebrows. LCI conversions are nice, but a lot of extra work for only slightly modernizing the look. You'll need a hood and bumper for the front, and trunk lid and tail lights for the rear. M-sport bumpers, front and rear, would look great on that car. I think the wheels look fine as-is. For headlights, you don't need the hood. I'm pretty sure (trust but verify) that they fit fine, and just need some coding for the LED blinkers so they don't throw a code. They'll still work, just cold check will say they are bad.
Taillights need the trunk and aren't worth it IMO. Just get Blacklines. Last edited by StradaRedlands; 09-25-2024 at 10:54 PM.. |
