Will running on leaky injectors for a little while cause any issues?
Depends how bad the leak is. Youre running on the stock map, so dont beat on it, but get the issue resolved asap.

Do you have a rough startup?

You could also try changing your high fuel pressure sensor since that seems to be the most erratic. For example when you seem to have fine low fuel pressure at 60psi your high pressure drops to 750 psi which you’d expect to happen with a 40 psi low pressure.

Your stft jumps very high when that high pressure drops so the car is trying hard to add fuel but what’s strange though is your AFR doesn’t look terrible when your fuel pressure is low. Could you lower your boost/timing to see if the car is still having fueling issues? If you still do then a sensor might be acting up (fuel or O2)

If the less aggressive tune does make your fueling look better then you know fueling is an issue
apologies i haven't seen this earlier, I'm new to actually using forums. as for switching to a 525, i have a second 450 in the tank, just have been too lazy to actually wire it in. i will get that done this weekend and see what happens. i should probably have replaced both the low and high side pressure sensors when i did the HPFP. as for the tune, its custom by CD919 so changing it without their support is difficult. i will switch to an MHD OTS tune and see how that goes as well. thanks for the advice man!
