E90 320d m47n2 engine problems

Hello, i have just removed the injectors, intake valvr and egr.

I have posted pictures of a video framerate of the injectors.
They all had oilspill except 1. And one of them had extremlet much oil on it..
- what does this mean?

The egr valve is full of oil and big chunks.
- clean and i can use again?

The pipe going into the egr valve was spitting oil like looads.. (statted engine without it connected.
- what does this mean?

Overall, the engine is shaking alot.. extremly much until i reach 2.200+rpm..
It once came extremley much blue smoke from the exhaust
- does this mean its the top block of engine leaking coolant?

Is it worth to find the problem or should i just buy a new engine?
I prefeer to locate and find the problem..

I know thats not suppose to look like that, i think you will have more luck on German forums where there are many specialists going through and helping people with issues like this, you will just have to use the translate for everything you type and read =) did you end up sorting all this out? what was it?

the M47 engine was installed until 2007/03 on 320d
so many of these cars are with mileage 300000-500000 kms
the injectors are tests on bosch testbench at authorized bosch shops

This is about the normal amount of oil in the charge pipes - they all have it. Check the pcv breather, clean or replace, or install the loo roll-type filter.
EGR valve will gunk up, just clean and it will be alright.
Oil on injectors - head cover gaskets leaking. Check and replace.
Engine shaking - maybe an injector not working, read the codes, check the injectors. Blue smoke - too much oil in charge pipes that got burned up. But like I said, this is the normal amount of oil in them.
Turbo looks ok to me.

IMO there's a lot of oil in those charge pipes and around the turbo if it made that mess in 3s of idling... Maybe pcv is blocked so it's forcing oil to leak out of the turbo?

Definitely read the fault codes to see if there are any clues there.

It spat out the oil because there was no back pressure with the charge pipe off. Mine did the same when the pipe came off (did not connect the clip correctly). It always has oil in the pipes starting right after the turbo exhaust. I checked the car in for intake port cleaning/decoking, but they said there is nothing to clean. 355k km on the clock. No noticeable oil consumption either. I don't know how it works, some kind of BMW magic I guess. EGR valve does tend to gunk up though.

At idle there is no back pressure though - live data will show ambient pressure on the map sensor.
