I watched as they were doing mods on a G Wagon and was using an angle grinder to cut a part away.....between seeing the hot sparky steel dust and the sheer proximity of the adjacent cars/cars, I was in utter disbelief that the car owners were not even aware of what their cars were subjected to in the care of this shop owner.

I would definitely get a refund instead of having them try correcting it again. With things like tint, 4 times to try and get it right is unacceptable. It’s a lot of time wasted when a more reputable shop could get you done right.
