F1 teams suffer freight delays for Chinese GP

"At least four F1 teams – McLaren, Red Bull, Mercedes and Aston Martin – have suffered freight delays after two flights from Melbourne to Shanghai have been delayed by at least eight hours, so the teams did not receive their cargo until late Wednesday afternoon. These teams were only able to unpack their freight in the pitlane and build their cars from 4pm local time onwards."

sounds like the got their stuff, all good then. mechanics had a couple of days off can't be too bad.

It may cause problems on out laps and restarts due to the tires taking a while to heat up.

With the weather set to be dry for the Chinese GP, unlike the chaos of Australia, we can expect an exciting race this Sunday without too many safety car interruptions. Beyond the racing, fans have plenty to enjoy, from live music and F1-themed experiences to a special Zhou Guanyu fan event and even a pet-friendly day.
