Garage List
It'll work, but you'll be stretched with a 245 on a 9" wheel. Why not just go with OEM sizes? 225/40R18 front, and 255/35R18 rear.

Are you RWD or xDrive? The 245 might mess with your transfer case if you're xDrive.

You're still putting the wrong size on the rear, the base setup BMW recommends is 225/35/18 and 255/30/18.

Don't look for approval from me, it looks like you jumped the gun and bought the wrong tires. I'm guessing that you'll experience greater understeering with those rear tires. A quick look at the plaque inside the door jam would have shown you the BMW recommended sizes.

Went into a bmw garage technician said they will work no problem . Rang another bmw specialist he said 255 would be a bit wider but the 245 Bridgestone will be ok and won’t create any issues

Wasn’t looking for approval FROM YOU, Find your comment quite smart and cheeky was asking for help advise not your stamp of approval, have manners when your speaking to ppl or say nothing. Your nobody special

Strong words from someone who's been here for a few days. Why ask when you've already purchased the tires? Good luck to you.
