BMW 325i N53 3.0 Petrol

I went to the mechanic today for a check up and was told there is oil in my coolant. They said it is probably blown head gasket.
However I don't see any other symptoms. No over heating warnings, no rough idle , no excess white smoke. I bough the CO test and waiting for it to be delivered. Wondering is anyone else has had similar problems?
Car has been driven a lot it has 300K KM on the clock.
