Negotiate with your dealer. As the vehicle does not come out of a dealer's allocation, the dealer has quite a lot of room to deal from the ED invoice up. Some dealers will not negotiate. If you are located in a larger metro area you can play the dealers against each other. After all, they do make profit from a ED and will also secure a happy customer.
