I have a set of AR Design resonated catless downpipes that I removed from my 335i N54 to get my turbos replaced under warranty for the common waste gate rattle. They have approximately 5k miles on them as I barely drive and work is close by. I purchased these directly from AR Design themselves for just over $1000 originally. AR Design is regarded by many to fabricate the finest downpipes for the N54 hence the price!

They are 100% catless. Those are resonators in the middle.
