Could also end up in a little overheating of the brake simply because it could deviate air that normally would hit the caliper .
But, since it's not expensive, you should definately try it and LET US KNOW. The worst it can do if you try it, it doesn't work and you remove it right away, is that you'll end up having nice shinny red door holders for your office...
