Problem getting right nav DVD for iDrive M-ASK

My 2005 325i has M-ASK, the small screen iDrive. One DVD slot in the centre dash which works fine for playing CDs.

I've tried two Business Nav DVDs from ebay:

Both get rejected by iDrive. Car didn't come with a disc alas.

Bad discs or some other fault? What disc should I be looking for? All help appreciated.

They should be the correct discs, I suspect that the cd/dvd laser has gone out of alignment.

Replace the loading mechanism and that should fix it.

Thanks :-) Sure a few of the things in here look familiar, think I got ISTA from here last year but I may be wrong.
