Hi all, back in October I purchased a mora metallic on platinum white E93 335i, and I didn’t really realise how rare this colour is until I did some digging. I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of a few questions -
1. Is my car the only E93 335i mora in Australia?
2. Is my car the only 335i of any body shape in Australia?
3. Really how rare is this colour?
4. How many E93 335i’s specifically were ever made?
5. How many of the E9X platform in mora were produced?
6. Have there been any E90 or E91’s in mora?
As far as I’m aware, my car is the only E93 335i I’ve seen in Aus, although I have seen an E93 325i in mora on Facebook marketplace. Ontop of that, the only identical spec to mine I’ve seen is in the UK I’m pretty sure, and that’s literally identical to mine. Mora on platinum E93, M-Sport, and a bunch of other similarities. Other than these I’ve mentioned, all I’ve seen in the E9x generation online is one more E93 (don’t know if it’s a 335i), an E92 335i (not in Australia as far as I’m aware), and a beautiful E92 M3 that I believe was posted on this forum early last year.
So that’s the extent of my research so far, I could be completely wrong on this stuff but I found it quite interesting to do a bit of reading on it.
Any knowledge or help on the topic is appreciated!

Hi, I don't know the complete answer to your questions, but I can tell you that only 2 x E93 M3s were made by BMW finished in Mora Metallic and both were supplied in Australia.
