Removing cables from MOST bridge?

Edit: Scrap that, I remembered how lol I forgot the top cover comes off completely, I thought it just slid up so far and stopped.
What an idiot.....

Help!
I'm in the middle of removing my Dension, so putting the fibre optic cables back to how they originally were.

I can't remember how to remove the cables from the bottom half!

Obviously the top half in the pic has the little tabs that you lift, but I can't remember how to do the other end please
