Hey guys, i bought these turbos from another forum member a while back and ended up selling my car so i no longer need them. They look to be in good shape. They are original RB turbos. i was quoted from Rob the following to rebuild last month.

The RB next gens are 2399 + 300 core charge... Asking 900 dollars, im guessing you could probably run them as is but seems like alot of work to not send them in to get rebuilt first.

No shaft play, no scraping or anything abnormal. Turbines spin freely. Very nice turbos, I paid quite a bit more for them when I picked them up but just need them out of the garage.

These look to be oem, $1000+ $800 for rebuild. Turbo Lab has a stage one with a 14t and 9 blade wheels.

Yes these are OEM upgraded turbos from rb. These are 1st gen. I don't know if 800 is still the going rate for rebuilds,.if prices have come down of the last year then it's probably cheaper. Rob did mention that a rebuild would include upgrading everything to being them up to current standards

I don't want to dump on the thread I am genuinely looking at turbos but I am slightly confused as to what you are selling. $900 +$800=$1700 from you.
Or I send my cores back $300 +$999 for rb OEM =$1299 or upgrade to rb billet and rb wastegate =$1699 total.

These are RB classics (TDO4) not OEMS (TD03). For $1050 you can send them to Rob and he will upgrade them to the RB Next Gens. This includes new bearings, seals, thrust upgrade, vsr balancing, upgrade to 15T billet wheels/bullet nut, upgrade to TD04L-11 blade turbines, wastegate service.

Yes, these are already upgraded... For the 800-1000 you can have RB next gens.. which is 2399 + 300 core charge. You'll save 500 dollars buying these at 900 shipped.
