H&R Sport Springs!!! Before and After

Hello Everyone,

I have a 328 with stock suspension and I just had my H&R Sports srpings installed.

FYI I took some pictures/Measurements of before and after heights in case you wonder how much was the drop in my car. Please note that the after installation pictures were taken right after the spings were installed so I'm not sure if I have allowed them enough time to settle in.

Also my wheels are 16".

Front Wheel Arch Measurement.

Rear Wheel Arch Measurement.

My car after the installation.

my car prior installation.

Hope this helps, I was one of those looking for pictures of lowered car with stock wheels, so I'm posting this before my wheels arrive (BMW Performance Wheels - ordered from Tischer )

Any comments are welcomed, and yes I will post picks when the wheels arrive.

Cool. Thanks for posting. Two questions? Did you change out your dampers as well? How's the ride on the H&R's vs stock? Thanks! -TMc

James, help a newb understand why he'd add spacers? How would they change the appearance of his car? -TMc

You know what, I'm not sure but the installer did tell me he did something with the dampers; the job was a hookup from a friend so they really treated me well.
The ride feels a little, how can i put it, more tight, as in , i dont feel that weight tranfer you get when you do tight corners going fast. it might just be me thou, also I do feel the road but just a little more, I knwo when i get my 19's it will be another ballgame.

Spacers will push my tires out more, so they would either be at my fender lenght or protrude outwards a little more depending on what size spacers i get, hence the agresivness

Your bushings may settle, hopefully not the springs.

For your stock halogens, you can do the Xenesis Hyperwhite Bulbs which are a direct replacement for your halogens but provide a pure white light output. You would need an H7 for your low beam and high beam. Your fogs are an H11 if you have the standard bumper or 9006 if you have the Mtech.
