VRSF chargepipe appears rusted and bent

I recently ordered a VRSF chargepipe for my N54 from ECS tuning. The end that meets the throttle body appears bent and not a perfect circle. Also, it seems there is rust inside the chargepipe, I have attached a few pictures. Is this normal? Thinking about returning it.

something is entirely wanky w/this "aluminum" aftermarket chargepipe; just installed a bms chargepipe and none of the conditions noted in your pics were present - email them asap w/pics and begin the dialogue to address this.

Send it back, get a refund, take your money elsewhere

That thing looks used to me. I would contact ESC and return it. BMS or ARM makes great chargepipes.

BMS/ARM/MAD are all excellent options
