is $43,491+tax/fees a good price for a new 2009 328i coupe?

Hi guys,

Newbie here and looking to get my first BMW. Looking at a 2009 328i coupe with just the sport package, 6 speed.

I'm being offered $43,491 + tax and your regular admin fees.
financing at 2.9% 48months.

Is that a good price, how much do you think i can get off from that offered price? what's the MSRP on the car? dealer is saying 41k, but i highly doubt it's that high

I think the invoice for that is about $40000.
