Much win. Impressive.
>where did you source the parts from? +1 Also, and more importantly to me, how much time has it taken you so far?

Ty guys for your kind comments. I got the parts from the " Test " factory of BMW in germany that I've got them shipped to me, parts were taken from an m3 that had less then 10 KMs or like 6 miles on it, they're brand new! About the cost, can't tell the exact amount of money but its pretty cheap as I was checking and comparing the price of every part from the dealers the whole conversion would cost like $10K if I had bought them from the dealers! which costed me around $3k only with the installation. About time today was the first day 60% of the work was done, tomorrow will be done, so 2 days in total. M3 dampers ![]()

I am planning to do the same as you and as George Smooth did only for therear.
Everything in front and in rear fits 100% bolt-on, the only thing that has to be adapted and that blocks me is the: DRIVE SHAFT at the gearbox side: the 3 bots on the M3 gearbox are on a circle of 110mm, the 335i has 105mm circle. HOW did you modify/adapt the driveshaft????????? Please post pictures and explanation, my rear M3 complete subframe is waiting 1 year already ![]() The front is simple plug and play, M3 damoers + HR springs to lower the car ![]() |
