Hey guys,
I seem to be having trouble with an injector (not sure which one it is yet, haven't scanned for it). Basically, when my JB4 tune is on, if I try to accelerate hard itll throw a SES light and i can feel the car misfiring (I had a bad injector last month so I know what it drove like). However, after driving for a minute or two the light goes back off and everything works normal. If I turn the chip off, I can't get replicate the problem again. What should I do? I could obviously bring it in for service after it throws the SES light because I know the code will store, but problem is I need to clear out the hidden tuner codes that get thrown with it so when I go to clear the codes it clears all the codes. Any thoughts or suggestions?

The same thing your dealership or indy shop would do. Read the fault codes to determine next steps.
