Is the intercooler a straight bolt on or is there cutting involved?

Pretty much a bolt on, however there is a small amount of cutting (of the plastic bracket) to make it fit width wise. Cutting is very minimal and very easy. I can't even notice mine was cut with the stock intercooler back in there.
