Those look great on a black car! Would probably work great on a white car with black accents too!

i think most people advise on just sticking it over the current emblem. i'm in the same boat as you, i just bought an 08 335xi cpo and the steering wheel emblem is pretty scratched up.

heard it's attached to the airbag unit, and popping it out may cause some problems. can anyone correct me if i'm wrong? thanks.

You can order just the steering wheel roundel separately. These are made to stick on top of the existing roundel. We do not recommend removing the stock roundel because it could damage the airbag.
