any good local shops for overspray?

So, the house which I rent out a parking space from decides to do some renovations, which involved some painting. I haven't confirmed or confronted them about it yet, but I definitely have a layer of overspray over my entire car. Does anybody know of any good shops that can take care of this and any ideas on cost? I might or might not try to take care of it myself, but I want to get an idea of how much $$ I should demand from the parking space owner.

go to a dealer and get a price quote.. show them the quote.. get the moneys.. go to a cheaper place and pocket the rest..
