Try paint cleaning clay with a proper lubricant. Wax or a sealant will make bug removal easier in the future.

PB Bug Squash IMO, Does not strip your protection if diluted correctly. I use it on my tow vehicle as I get bugs the size of small birds stuck on it from the desert.
Tarminator work really well but strips, smells like solvent and you will need to reapply LSP. It's cheap though and OTC everywhere.
Alternatively could try mixing a slightly higher dilution of your wash soap and spritz it one and let it set up and disolve the goo while you are washing other parts of the car. Also a bug sponge helps too.
These would not be those pesky FLA love bugs would they? I hear they suck big time to get off and stain like crazy.

Usually bug marks wash off when washing the car.

For ones that have 'become part of the paint' I would wash the car then polish them off, PC, orange pad, speed 5 with your favorite auto polish (I use UNO polish.)
