I have read about the BMW program in which BMW will pay 100% of the cost of replacing RF tires with Continentals. Do new car builds get delivered with the Continentals right off, then?

"On a customer complaint of noise basis only" do you get them (Bridgestone) replaced. The couple of 325 loaners I've gotten recently, still with the plastic in the leg wells, had Bridgestones.
