Pressure problem methanol tank

How can I get rid of pressure inside of tank ? Should I open it everytime

whenever changed significant level of fluid ?

I just found pressure in the tank cause flowing problem which doesnt flow

properly.

What tank do you have? You can put a very small hole in the cap if there isn't one already there.
