i don't think bmwfs does 18k mile/year leases, but i am not 100 percent sure. the dealer might be rolling the extra mileage charges into your lease. the monthly payments also seem high, you should be able to do better then that especially on an e90 335. when you say residual 68% i am guessing that is for the 24 month lease?

I am in the market for the same car. I just got quoted 463+tax for a white e90 with black interior, naviagtion, and M package. Of course this is with $3,400 down + inceptions. I am trying to lower the down payment. I will be going back to the dealership this weekend to work out the price because i think there offering zero down $419 a month this labor day weekend.

I agree that the dealer is probably just rolling your assumed mileage (at around $0.17/mi) to the base 15k/yr lease. Based on that, you would need to add about $1000 to the 24 month lease and $1500 to the 36 month to cover the cost of the extra miles. So that's $42/mo.
Your money factor is good, no markup there. Residual is correct for a 24 month lease. Assuming you also roll the $725 acquisition (and only pay title/registration/plates at signing), your cap cost is $48735. That works out to $686/mo for 24 months or $616/mo for 36 months based on $15/year. Factor in the mileage charge and the numbers are almost exactly at the dealer's offer. So good deal, providing the higher miles doesn't bother you. ![]()
