Is it possible to set idrive to display my phonebook by first name then last name, not the other way around?

It's really annoying (and sounds retarded) to have to call someone but their last name, first name when making a call.

Press the option button while in the phonebook. You should see an option to toggle between last name or first name.

Just a tip for anyone dealing with anomalies with the CIC system, click the option button. I'd say 30-40% of the time, you can find a solution, or at the very least, get more information on the problem.
