2005 325ci Blitzsafe XM Install

Check this out. XM install using a Blitzsafe XM adapter, controls via radio head.

It's not a 2006, and uses a wart antenna, but hopefully the day is coming...

I had a similar setup in my 2002 E46. I believe the 2005 uses the same I-Bus technology.

Unfortunately, BMW has moved to an optical interface. I hope they surprise me, but I do not expect to see an aftermarket solution anytime soon.
