Exhaust only from one of the tailpipes?

All,

When my wife was heading out for office today morning, I noticed that only the right side (looking at the car from behind) exhaust pipe is putting out any exhaust gases, the left side output was minimal / none - the same is true at higher and lower rpm's ( I asked her to step on the gas when idling)

Is this normal operation or is one of the waste-gates malfunctioning?

Note - everything is stock on the car.

Thanks,

Ram

Completely nomal. Search the golf tee mode.

The left side has a valve inside the left pipe, which is closed on cold start and lower rpm's.

^^ this.. if you want it open all the time just search.. Pretty simple.. If you can pop your trunk you can probably do this Or if you have a tune you might be able to simply turn this feature on or off.

Ghabrane wali baat nahi hai, relax. It's to do with keeping exhaust noise down while cruising and I am sure it helps heat up the cat converters faster as well.
Between it's good to see another swaroop on the forum,,cheers
