Fs:2009 Bmw 328xi Coupe lease take over or car payoff

Hey guys. I'm looking to get someone to take over my lease or payoff the car. I currently have between 10 to 11 months left and my payments are 540 per month. The current payoff is $37,054.93. The car currently has 22k miles with an exterior of black saphire metallic and black interior. The msrp of the vehicle is 49k with sport package, navigation, cold weather package. The mods include:
OSS Design angel eyes(Black out) $650 (with installation)
Oem style 313 wheels with tires $3300
oem front aerodynamic lip $550 (with installation)
oem m3 trunk lid $250 (with installation)
painted reflectors ($100)
3m window tint 35 percent ($375)
Smoked tailights ($200)
oem Black performance grills $200
h and r sport springs $600 with installation
oem bmw performance exhaust $1650 with installation

All the work done to my car was done by Sal and the guys at Autocouture motoring in Hillsdale, new jersey. The car is fully modded and is awesome to drive. It was never tracked or abused. That payoff is way to high for anyone to buy.
