oil consumption

Hi all,

Is it normal that my 08 328 is telling me I need 1 liter of oil when I had my oil changed and obviously filled by the dealer 5000 kilometers ago (which is around 3100 miles).

Around 3500kms it was getting low, then it just kept going until it was at the min level on my screen, then it warned I needed to add a liter.

thanks. Car is still under warranty.

Yes, that's normal. Also depends how hard you drive it.....
