I sent payment to this seller for two BMW emblems via Paypal on July 28. They have yet to arrive.

This seller answered an email earlier this week and said items had been shipped on Tuesday. As of today (Saturday, 8/13), they still have not arrived (from NJ to NC).

Buyers beware. I'll repost when items arrive.

Same here - Seller says he shipped to me on 20 July & I'd have them in 5 days. Nothing ever showed. In the process of getting my $ back through Ppal. He also posted he got fired from Morristown BMW on 20 July here -

You've been waiting longer than I have. That's not good and very disheartening.

What I can't tolerate is someone saying they've shipped something when in reality, they have not.

How do you know he's working on it? What is keeping him from shipping items he says he has and has been paid to ship? I think he's out of any legitimate excuses at this point.

This guy took my money. I hope somehow he can be prevented from taking someone else's.

I paid with Paypal but marked it as a "gift" so my bad. I never got a refund.

Does anyone else know how to deal with this person's ability to post being revoked?
